City getting new safety boss
The man appointed to become Indianapolisâ?? new public safety director will visit the city Thursday to meet with community leaders. Frank Straub has more than 24 years of experience and helped develop New York City’s first-responder program after 9/11. He served as NYPD deputy commissioner of training, and spent the last seven years as the police commissioner in White Plains, N.Y. Fox59 will have more at 4 p.m.
