Lawrence Green, the man accused in the beating death of 3-year-old TaJanay Bailey in November 2007, entered a guilty plea yesterday. Green agreed to accept a 65-year plea agreement under the deal between prosecutors and defense lawyers. The victim’s mother, Charity Bailey, has already pleaded guilty to felony neglect charges.
