Police say Lindsey Jones, 30, hired her 15-year-old niece to watch her three children, ages 11, 6 and 3, on Thursday. Police received a phone tip from a neighbor and found the babysitter watching eight children. An officer said she was “swaying back and forth, and took a step to her side. She then fell into the wall.” Jones was arrested in 2009 for punching a teen while drinking with him. She faces six counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, three counts of neglect of a dependent, and possession of marijuana.
