-The Vineyard Community Church renewed its lease for 20,800 square feet at Two Metroplex, 8383 Craig St. The landlord, Two Metro LLC, and tenant were represented by Ted McClure of McClure Commercial and Industrial Real Estate.

-Los Compadres Supermarket leased 18,000 square feet at Castleton Village, 82nd and Craig streets. The landlord, The Broadbent Co., was represented by Broadbent’s Jeff Roberts. The tenant represented itself.

-The Consultants Consortium Inc. leased 8,074 square feet of office space at Landmark Center, 1099 N. Meridian St. The tenant was represented by Brooke Augustin of NAI Olympia Partners. The landlord, Landmark Ventures LLC, was represented by John Vandenbark of CB Richard Ellis.

-CDC Logistics Inc. leased 6,906 square feet at 4625 W. 86th St. The tenant was represented by Joe Lonnemann and Matt Jackson of Halakar Real Estate. The landlord, North by Northwest AB Biynah LLC, was represented by Michael Weishaar and Todd Vannatta of Cassidy Turley.

-Upscale Resale Gallery leased 3,545 square feet at Raceway Crossing, Rockville and Raceway roads, Avon. The tenant was represented by Jodi Milto of NAI Olympia Partners. The landlord, The Broadbent Co., was represented by Broadbent’s Brian Broadbent.

-Wild Ginger leased 3,200 square feet at Fishers Town Commons, 116th Street and Fishers Pointe Boulevard, Fishers. The tenant was represented by Wayne O’Hara of Sitehawk Retail Real Estate. The landlord, The Broadbent Co., was represented by Broadbent’s Brian Broadbent.

-River of Life Church leased 2,040 square feet at Castleton Marketplace, 8421 Castleton Corner Drive. The landlord, Castleton Square Marketplace LLC, and tenant were represented by Jeff Hubley of Midland Atlantic.

-Donato’s leased 2,000 square feet at 2205 E. Conner St., Noblesville. The landlord, SEG Realty LLC, and tenant were represented by Jeff Hubley of Midland Atlantic.

-Parthenon leased 2,000 square feet at North Willow Commons, 86th Street and Ditch Road. The tenant was represented by Hamada Ibrahim of Urban Space Commercial Properties. The landlord, The Broadbent Co., was represented by Broadbent’s Ray Bunes.

-Marco’s Pizza leased 1,721 square feet at Geist Landing, 11689 Olio Road, Fishers. The tenant was represented by Steve Delaney of Sitehawk Retail Real Estate. The landlord, Geist Landing of Fishers LLC, was represented by Carrie Thrift of Thompson Thrift.

-FileWave USA Inc. leased 1,626 square feet of office space at 10735 Sky Prairie St., Fishers. The landlord, BBQ I LLC, was represented by Darrin L. Boyd and David A. Moore of Cassidy Turley. The tenant represented itself.

-Game Preserve leased 1,600 square feet at Fashion Mall Commons, 86th Street and Union Chapel Road. The tenant was represented by Robyn Smart of CB Richard Ellis. The landlord, The Broadbent Co., was represented by Broadbent’s John Beuoy.

-Fat Atom, an Internet marketing firm, leased 1,600 square of office space at 12 W. Main St., Carmel. The tenant was represented by Graham Summers of Jones Lang LaSalle. The landlord, Breakfast Club LLC, was represented by Tom McHaffie.

-Attorney Gregg S. Gordon leased 1,460 square feet of office space at Fall Creek Harbour Shoppes, 10142 Brooks School Road, Fishers. The landlord, McKinley Inc., and tenant were represented by Cindy Hoskinson and Herb Feldmann of Grubb & Ellis Harding Dahm & Co.

-Beacon Psychology Services LLC leased 1,350 square feet at 11495 N. Pennsylvania St., Carmel. The tenant was represented by Joe Lonnemann and Matt Jackson of Halakar Real Estate. The landlord, Zeller Management Corp., was represented by Zeller’s Tristan Glover.

-American Family Insurance leased 1,334 square feet of office space at Fall Creek Harbour Shoppes, 10142 Brooks School Road, Fishers. The landlord, McKinley Inc., and tenant were represented by Cindy Hoskinson and Herb Feldmann of Grubb & Ellis Harding Dahm & Co.

-Marsha’s Specialty Desserts & Tierney’s Catering leased 600 square feet at 10834 E. U.S. Highway 36, Avon. The tenant was represented by David Simons of Velocity Real Estate. The landlord, R&M Capitol, was represented by Chris Hake and Tony Orlando of Thompson Thrift.

-Case New Holland renewed its lease on an 842,000-square-foot distribution center at 400 S. Enterprise Drive and a 250,000-square-foot assembly facility at 420 S. Enterprise Drive in the Lebanon Business Park. The tenant was represented by Rick Suja of Summit Realty Group and Chris Porter of Cushman & Wakefield. The landlord, Duke Realty, represented itself.

-Bishop Steering Technology Inc. renewed its 28,000-square-foot lease at 8802 Bash St. in the Northeast Business Center. The tenant was represented by Steve Beals of Grubb & Ellis Harding Dahm & Co. The landlord, Westminster Northeast LLC, was represented by Todd Vannatta of Cassidy Turley.   

-Little Miracles Inc. leased 5,330 square feet at 5615 W. 22nd St. Don Ballard of Grubb & Ellis Harding Dahm & Co. represented the landlord, Community Bank of Raymore, and the tenant.

-Indiana Family Health Council Inc. leased 4,000 square feet at Jackson Square, 233 McCrea St. The tenant was represented by George Crawford of Meridian Real Estate. The landlord, One Jackson Square Associates, was represented by Ralph Balber and Ashley Bussell of Halakar Real Estate.

-Karia LLC, doing business as Hot Cakes Emporium, leased 3,805 square feet at Greenbriar Shopping Center, 8555 Ditch Road. Nick Smyrnis of Grubb & Ellis Harding Dahm & Co. represented the landlord, Prime Property Investors, and the tenant.

-Sling Shot SEO leased 3,157 square feet at 8900 Keystone Crossing. The tenant was represented by Bennett Williams of Cassidy Turley. The landlord, Philadelphia-based BPG Properties Ltd., was represented by John R. Robinson and Abby L. Cooper of Jones Lang LaSalle.  

-EPSI Masking Co. leased 2,700 square feet at 8102-2176 Zionsville Road in Park 100.  The tenant was represented by Ryan Kelly of Summit Realty Group. The landlord, ProLogis, was represented by Brett Spitzer of NAI Olympia Partners.

-Reliable Water Services LLC leased 2,600 square feet at Hague Business Center, 7747 E. 89th St. The tenant was represented by Don Ballard and Stan Elser of Grubb & Ellis Harding Dahm & Co. The landlord, HBC Co. LLC/Levi Investment Realty, represented itself in the transaction.
 
-Gigi’s Cupcakes leased 1,401 square feet at Fashion Mall Commons, 8487 Union Chapel Road. The tenant was represented by Tom English and Larry Davis of Sitehawk Retail Real Estate. The landlord, Fashion Mall Commons I LP, was represented by John Bueoy of The Broadbent Co.

Simon biding its time after failed bid for rival

Analysts predict Simon Property Group Inc. will pay off debt and wait patiently for its next opportunity after withdrawing
separate offers to either acquire General Growth Properties or finance its exit from bankruptcy. A New York judge had endorsed
a rival plan that allows General Growth to stay independent.
