  1. Redistricting is not a choice. It must be done when districts have lost population and are no longer have a population that will support a district. Some districts, especially in the northeast have lost population in Indiana, which requires redistricting.

    1. Yet the districts that will be drawn will be done to maintain the influence of the areas that lost people … at the cost of the areas where people move to.
