Dee Roudebush has been named CEO at Raphael Health Center, 401 E. 34th St. Roudebush previously worked as director of billing with Urology of Indiana, as practice administrator at Urology Associates LLC of Muncie, and as a regional practice administrator at St. Vincent Physician Network. She is a U.S. Navy veteran and holds a bachelor’s degree in management from Indiana Wesleyan University.

John Martin has joined Katz Sapper & Miller as managing director of health care consulting. Martin was CEO of the Ortho Indy physician practice before he left in 2012 to start a consulting firm. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business accounting from IUPUI.

Tom Mattice, director of the Richard L. Roudebush Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Indianapolis, is retiring. He has been director for seven years and assistant director for seven years before that. Mattice holds a bachelor’s degree in molecular biology and a master’s degree health services administration, both from the University of Wisconsin.
