Indianapolis-based Flaherty & Collins Properties has opened the $8 million Sullivan Lofts senior apartments project in Sullivan.
The project created 40 apartments, which are spread across two restored historic structures and new construction on the downtown square.
Sullivan is about 25 miles due south of Terre Haute.
Sullivan Lofts will house residents 55 and older earning up to 60% of the area’s median income.•
