  1. Sounds promising, and this neighborhood needs it! The confluence of three rail trials should be a strong stimulus for the apartments to succeed! Strong maintenance of the buildings and site should also help for long term success.

  2. I would love to see more redevelopment around the fairgrounds. These facilities are used year round, and some of the surface parking lots should be better utilized – especially on 38th and the Monon. Those lots could be redeveloped with parking structures, maybe even a hotel as there isn’t one nearby.

    1. Excellent idea! Especially with the monon, fall creek, and nickel plate trails and the purple line in such close proximity, TOD should be a top priority for vacant lots and surface parking
