  1. The down graded logo is just plain too generic ! . Cracker Barrel did fend off rip off artist Biglari that wrecked the popular Steak and Shake restaurant Chain . Turning it into a greasy spoon drive up food truck without wheels .

    1. Biglari got someone onto the board and owns 9% of the company. His perspective is that the company has no future worth investing in and they should instead just give all the money to shareholders, like him.

  2. This is crazy – Cracker Barrel is trying to change their image because they’re losing market share. Frankly, their customers are dying or not eating out as often. Instead, they’re accused of being woke.(?) It’s just another excuse for politicians (such as Senator Banks on Twitter) to stir their base.

  3. I am a Trump voter, But I will never believe Donald Trump Jr. has ever been to a Cracker Barrell. Really don’t like the new logo and don’t understand the need to change it. Was the old logo keeping people from going to eat there? More pissed about the changes to the menu a couple years ago.

    1. I’m curious, as a Trump voter, what are your thoughts about the president taking precious time to weigh in on a corporate logo change? Or the formula of a soft drink? And are you at all concerned about some of his other obsessions, such as his recent apparent discovery of the word “groceries,” his belief (stated multiple times) that “groceries” is an old-fashioned term, and his recent promise that he will install new sprinkler systems in parks to water the grass, because he knows more about grass than any other human being in the entire world?

    2. Steve D: It’s all good when compared to a bumbling president that only weighed in on his next nappy time and could only stare blankly into a teleprompter and still not be able to string the words together.

  4. This new controversy is so social media created and exaggerated, it’s more than ridiculous. The vast majority of folks could care less. Every time the kids are put in charge, they seem to think they need to change everything, which frequently backfires. Sure hope they don’t change the food.
