  1. We are so dependent on airlines it is ridiculous. Unless you live on the east coast you have no other transporation option other then renting a car. Train travel used to be comfortable, affordable, and reliable. What a shame we let the automobile and airline industry drive passenger trains out of business. What we have today is uncomfortable, not affordable, and certainly not reiable.
