Is this the 100th variation of this in the metro in the last few years?
Possibly, but maybe you should be asking whether there’s room for 250-300 in the area instead. Most of these are small footprints and able to operate somewhat autonomously with more convenient hours for people compared to golf courses. It’s taking some of the market TopGolf unlocked and opening up new markets. It doesn’t take a huge customer base to make these work.
I’ve been to the Fishers Stick n Hack and Adam has a good eye for how to make these work. The racing simulators are an interesting inroad in an untapped market. Having one at home I think most people are not aware of how good the technology and realism on these are now compared to the arcade games like Daytona USA, etc.
Not saying this thing is for everyone, but I definitely think this segment has a lot of potential and the footprints can be relatively small they’re low risk opportunities that are good franchiseable concepts.
I do not disagree – just curious what the market demand is.
These are about 100k/bay for setup so it is not a super cheap entry point IMO
As a local neighbor, this is awesome.
Can’t wait to have you! Excited to open.
Ditto – welcome to the community. BTW: Oh bringing Half Liter and Nino’s into the mix (love the match). Cheers to this…
I can’t wait……I hate Top Golf
Can’t wait to see you! First beer on us.
