As a spectator sport, LIV Golf is substandard. It has all the feel of a staged exhibition event with little drama with the outcome. Many of the players seem to be mailing it in and not really focused on winning. It seems like they are trying to turn every hole into The Coliseum (PGA Scottsdale #16) and that just gets to be tiresome. I guess I am just old school and like the Master, The Open Championship, and the US Open just the way they are and not some loud and obnoxious booze fest.
