  1. Phil has been a tremendous asset and contributor to the hospitality ecosystem in Central Indiana. He was a key influencer and ambassador for not only White Lodging but Visit Indy, restaurants, competitors, visitors, etc. Good luck with you next act, Phil!

    1. Yeah but him and White Lodging were the main ones against the new Signia and other new hotels coming to downtown. Their argument was that Indy has enough hotels for major events. That mindset almost lost the city its majors conventions
