    1. I think it will. The dirt moving crews were working in the rain last week, so the contractor must have some serious bonus possibilities.

      Now, the real question is, how long will the low bidder pavement last before the repaving/rebuilding cycle starts?

  1. Truly amazing how long this highway has been under construction. They will probably have the entire downtown I-65/70 connection with new bridges finished before 69 is completed LOL.

  2. In 1968, part of Ed Whitcomb’s campaign for Governor included building an Interstate between Indianapolis and Evansville, to make it easier to integrate the SW part of the state with central Indiana, Wonderful to see it inching closer to the finish.
