  1. Management consultants have always told me you can’t evaluate and achieve anything you don’t measure. So if a company has decided to not measure its efforts to promote equality of opportunity (which is what DEI is all about) then you won’t have equality of opportunity.

    As every woman who has had to train her new male boss as to what the job entails knows, MEI has always been short for Male Entrenched Incompetence.

    One more retailer to add to the list of companies with which I no longer do business, and encourage others to follow suit…
