Unbelievable what this garbage is being allowed to do to this country.
The Trump administration prefers these kids out on the street all summer so they can be picked up for petty crimes and get hopelessly stuck in our criminal justice system for the rest of their lives.
In fairness, that is not the only option the administration has offered for disadvantaged youth. Alternatives they are also arranging include letting kids starve to death or die early from a preventable illness due to lack of insurance. And they’re working on ways to deport citizens to foreign gulags. There are all kinds of ideas. My question for our Bible-quoting politicians is, “What would Jesus do?”
It’s a sad state of affairs, isn’t it? Brought to you by supposed Christians, who seem to revel in the cruelty they’re able to inflict on the rest of us. Once these Bible-touting Republicans outlaw dissent and rig or cancel upcoming elections, they’ll be home free.
Hang that mutt!
