  1. With a $3Billion surplus in the state accounts, it’s always amazing our legislature can only think about more fees and more taxes to solve indirect impact problems. One dollar per park entry is not that big a deal, but how can we even trust the state to actually get that money to the communities where it’s needed? Indiana doesn’t even want to fully fund the parks and the staff that run the parks.
