Indianapolis Zoo CEO Rob Shumaker resigns after leave of absence
Shumaker, who led the Indianapolis Zoo for a decade, began a leave of absence for undisclosed reasons in mid-February.
In-person talks entered a seventh consecutive day Monday afternoon after the previous session ended around 3 a.m. in the morning.
The company told the Indiana Department of Workforce Development that its Plainfield facility is expected to close by May 31.
More than 4,800 flights scheduled to fly into, out of or within the U.S. on Monday were called off.
