  1. Unfortunately, I highly doubt this location will be successful for this type of venture. They certainly have the product, as very few places do BBQ well. However, given the inherently expensive nature of serving BBQ combined with the area – I’d wager it spells trouble. Most of the people in this area who would be interested also know how to BBQ and smoke themselves, and enjoy the experience of doing so. BBQ restaurants are for those that do not have the time or knowledge to do so themselves, while also having the means.
