was arrested Thursday morning after a woman reported three youths robbed her at gunpoint while she was walking into her home
on Lakeview Drive. An officer spotted the suspects in a neighboring complex. They’re now trying to link the trio to

Armed robbers hit apartment complex

June 8, 2010

Indianapolis police are looking for two men who held up numerous people early Tuesday on the west side of Indianapolis. Police
say two of the victims were talking inside a car at the Cambridge Station Apartments of West 10th Street when they were approached
by the men with guns. The men took cash and cell phones before forcing an 18-year-old to open the door of a basement apartment.
The men then robbed three women in that apartment, taking money and cell phones. Police say one man also took an Xbox by shoving
it into a purple Hannah Montana bag. One suspect was wearing a rainbow polka-dot shirt. Both were wearing Jabbawockeez masks.

Ex-policeman charged with arson

A former Indianapolis police officer suspected of setting a series of fires in apartments and vehicles has been charged with
six counts of arson. The charges filed Wednesday accuse 31-year-old Jesse Russell of setting fires in clubhouses of two apartment
complexes and in a vacant apartment in a third complex. Marion County prosecutors also say Russell set fire to a box truck
and the "Chicken Limo." Fox59 will have more at 4 p.m.

Teens shot in fight over girl

Police say a fight over a girl was the possible cause of a shooting overnight that severely injured two 15-year-old boys.
The shooting happened about midnight in the courtyard at Linwood Square Apartments on the east side of Indianapolis. Police
say one of the boys was shot in the back, severing his spine. Detectives say the other was shot in the leg. Both were taken
to Riley Hospital. Police are looking for suspects.
