Carmel police are searching for a woman who has been missing for five days. Natalya Kuznetsova, 44, was last seen at The Fresh Market, 2490 E. 146th St., on Oct. 17. The 5-foot-8, 150-pound woman has brown hair and brown eyes. She drives a tan Buick Rendezvous with Indiana license plate 201CBQ.
 

Fishers police seek gunman

October 22, 2013

Fishers police are seeking a man who tried to rob a homeowner just before 7 a.m. in a neighborhood west of Allisonville Road between 96th and 106th streets. The suspect, who wore a black hoodie, approached the victim at his mailbox, said he had a gun, and demanded cash. He fled the scene when he discovered the resident had no money. Police closed several roads in the area during the search, and put two schools and a retirement home on lockdown.
 

Man shot to death on east side

October 22, 2013

An 18-year-old male was fatally shot in the head Tuesday at an east-side intersection. Indianapolis police found the man’s body in the street on Langley Avenue near Keystone Avenue shortly after 12:30 a.m. Homicide detectives are investigating.
