A 38-year-old Indianapolis woman was arrested early Friday morning after police said she strangled her boyfriend to death in a home in the 3100 block of Thayer Street on the northwest side. A Monrovia High School teacher accused of raping a 16-year-old student was arrested Thursday. Daniel Goens, 45, was placed on paid leave in September after a student reported the alleged assault.
