A man and woman were killed Tuesday night in Indianapolis when the motorcycle they were riding hit a van head-on. Donald Wilson,
35, was not wearing a helmet, but Erica Evans Ford, 29, was. Both were pronounced dead on the scene near East 18th Street
and Massachusetts Avenue. The van's driver, Donald Gipson, 53, was not hurt. He has been charged with two counts of operating

The Marion County prosecutor isn’t yet filing formal charges against a 19-year-old accused of throwing her baby in the
trash. Carl Brizzi said he hopes investigators will be able to put pressure on Tasha Miller’s family and friends to
provide meaningful information. Witnesses keep giving conflicting information about what happened to the baby, he said. Brizzi
kept open the possibility of filing charges in the future. Investigators searched a Clinton County landfill for the baby’s
