Oregon RV maker Monaco Coach Corp. is consolidating its Indiana operations by closing an Elkhart factory and moving the work to two other Indiana plants. Steel Dynamics to buy Pennsylvania company

Fort Wayne-based Steel Dynamics Inc. has agreed to buy The Techs, a flat-rolled-steel company based in Pennsylvania, for $360 million. The company has three galvanizing facilities in Pennsylvania, including two in Pittsburgh. The deal is expected to close by July 2.
