Gasoline dipped below $3 per gallon Friday at two stations in Indianapolis. An Admiral and a Speedway on East Washington Street both had gas priced at $2.98. A man was shot in the head just before 5:45 a.m. Friday at a parking lot outside Quality Inn & Suites in the 5000 block of Lafayette Road, near the Interstate 65 exit.
