-Spectra Premium Industries leased 250,000 square feet at Axcess 70, just north of the Interstate 70/Mount Comfort Road interchange. The tenant was represented by Mark Writt of CBRE. The landlord, Browning Investments, was represented by Andrew Morris, Tony Hupp and Andrea Hopper of Summit Realty Group.

-Indy Tigers Baseball leased 24,222 square feet of industrial space at 9760 Mayflower Park Drive, Carmel. The tenant and landlord, GlennCo Realty, were represented by Dustin Looper of Colliers International.

-EMC Corp. leased 14,691 square feet at 8888 Keystone Crossing. The tenant was represented by Jim Teskey of CresaPartners. The landlord, Philadelphia-based Equus Capital Partners Ltd., was represented by John R. Robinson and Abby Cooper Zito of Jones Lang LaSalle.

-Connections Academy renewed its lease for 5,488 square feet and expanded into an additional 2,381 square feet at Intech Ten, 6640 Intech Blvd.  The tenant was represented by Nick Arterburn of CBRE. The landlord, Intech Partners Ten LLC, was represented by Jack Hogan of Jones Lang LaSalle.

-Ruoff Mortgage Co. Inc. leased 7,475 square feet at 9100 Keystone Crossing. The tenant was represented by Mike Semler of Cassidy Turley. The landlord, Philadelphia-based Equus Capital Partners Ltd., was represented by John R. Robinson and Abby Cooper Zito of Jones Lang LaSalle.

-Montross Miller Muller Mendelson & Kennedy LLP leased 6,509 square feet at 8900 Keystone Crossing. The tenant was represented by Dave Black of CresaPartners. The landlord, Philadelphia-based Equus Capital Partners Ltd., was represented by John R. Robinson and Abby Cooper Zito of Jones Lang LaSalle.

-180 Skills leased 4,003 square feet at Intech Ten, 6640 Intech Blvd. The tenant was represented by Jon Owens of Cassidy Turley. The landlord, Intech Partners Ten LLC, was represented by Jack Hogan of Jones Lang LaSalle.

-Theoris Group Inc. leased 3,655 square feet at 8900 Keystone Crossing. The tenant was represented by Dave Moore of Cassidy Turley. The landlord, Philadelphia-based Equus Capital Partners Ltd., was represented by John R. Robinson and Abby Cooper Zito of Jones Lang LaSalle.

-Unified Investigation & Science Inc. leased 3,300 square feet of industrial space at Park 100, 7738 Moller Road. The tenant was represented by Glenn Davis of Colliers International. The landlord, Duke Realty, was represented by Duke's Jay Archer.

-VCafe leased 1,900 square feet at Castleton Shoppes, 6024-6066 E. 82nd St. The landlord, The Broadbent Co., was represented by Broadbent's Jim Mosher. The tenant represented itself.
 
-Roosters Men's Grooming Center leased 1,300 square feet at Fishers Town Center, 8395 E. 116th St., Suite 161, Fishers. The tenant was represented by Nicholas Wright of Newbridge Commercial Real Estate Inc. The landlord, Fishers Town Center LP/The Broadbent Co., was represented by Broadbent's Brian Broadbent.

-Supercuts leased 1,200 square feet at 110 N. State Road 267, Suite A, Avon. The tenant was represented by Nicholas Wright of Newbridge Commercial Real Estate Inc. The landlord, Flynn & Zinkan Holdings LLC, represented itself.

City: $60 million needed for Monument Circle overhaul

The project would entail reconstruction of the brick-paved Circle and adjacent blocks along Meridian Street and Market Street. Construction could start in 2016.

Carmel council to reconsider Civic Theatre arts grant
