On a seasonally adjusted basis, the pace of mortgage loan activity decreased 11 percent for the week ended April 2, according to the Mortgage Bankers Association. The rate for 30-year mortgages increased to 5.31 percent from 5.04 percent the previous week.  The rate for 15-year mortgages increased to 4.54 percent from 4.34 percent.

-Los Compadres Supermarket leased 18,000 square feet at Castleton Village, 82nd and Craig streets. The landlord, The Broadbent Co., was represented by Broadbent’s Jeff Roberts. The tenant represented itself.

-The Consultants Consortium Inc. leased 8,074 square feet of office space at Landmark Center, 1099 N. Meridian St. The tenant was represented by Brooke Augustin of NAI Olympia Partners. The landlord, Landmark Ventures LLC, was represented by John Vandenbark of CB Richard Ellis.

-CDC Logistics Inc. leased 6,906 square feet at 4625 W. 86th St. The tenant was represented by Joe Lonnemann and Matt Jackson of Halakar Real Estate. The landlord, North by Northwest AB Biynah LLC, was represented by Michael Weishaar and Todd Vannatta of Cassidy Turley.

-Upscale Resale Gallery leased 3,545 square feet at Raceway Crossing, Rockville and Raceway roads, Avon. The tenant was represented by Jodi Milto of NAI Olympia Partners. The landlord, The Broadbent Co., was represented by Broadbent’s Brian Broadbent.

Hamilton Center Inc. purchased a 10,000-square-foot office/retail building at 1801 N. Shadeland Ave. The price wasn’t disclosed. The buyer was represented by Ryan Kelly and Jeff Merritt of Summit Realty Group. Bryan Miller of Cassidy Turley represented the seller, William P. Sohn, trustee.
