Duke Realty star starts new company

A senior leasing representative at locally based Duke Realty Corp. has launched a company focused on real estate development
and brokerage.

Aasif Bade started Ambrose Property Group with three employees this month. The firm opened its office in Duke’s Parkwood Crossing
office complex along East 96th Street.

Bade, 26, handled more than $200 million in transactions and leased 3 million square feet of space during his tenure at Duke.

"Despite what the economy is doing, there are deals to be had," he said. "It’s just a matter of looking at
the equation from
a different perspective and moving quickly."
