Square.
The building is owned by locally based Axia Urban, which also is developing the Landmark at Lockerbie condo building in the
200 block of East Street. Locally based Acorn Group Inc. brokered the deal.
Property records show the building at 302 N. East St. was built in 1928.
Todd Academy offers high school and
middle school programs for students who
want to enter college early.
