  1. Dear Mr. Governor – Is this how you have been running your private businesses? Playing shell games and hiding how money designated to one agency, but is used to pay for someone in a different agency? THIS is what is wrong with Indiana’s taxpayer dollars. Transfer the money in the budget to the correct agency and clean this up.
