  1. Reading about the conditions imposed on Amazon warehouse workers reminds me of the Amazon-owned show ‘The Expanse’ and the plight of the Belters. These are the people who work behind the scenes, treated as less-than-worthy employees for our, the Public’s benefit.

  2. I’m generally not a fan of unions, but if there was ever a workplace that needed a union it would be Amazon’s. Working conditions at their warehouses are horrific. Contrary to common perception, pay is good and benefits are spectacular. But working conditions are truly medieval. A union would vastly improve working conditions.
