  1. I agree with Blake Sheltons sentiment that once this bar opens other establishments like it will follow from Nashville. This makes good business sense to bring this establishment to Indy considering all the major conventions and sporting events that come to the city all year long. The Simons obviously has a grand master plan for downtown Indy and it seems to be strategic and deliberate. The Circle center mall redevelopment, Georgia st, Signia&convention expansion, Ritz Carlton hotel, the music venue around the corner from Gainbridge, Fever practice facility and The Bottle Works district, I would say Indy is definitely growing before our very eyes. You can no longer call it Naptown. I can definitely see the city becoming a major destination in the next decade for sure.
