Looking at the raw numbers, it’s a little misleading when some counties have a double digit percentage gain, when the base number is 1/2 or 1/5 of the size of Marion county sales.
It would be interesting to see a little analysis as to why the numbers are up so much. Is the market back to the traditional spring bump? Are people resigned to higher rates?
