  1. Now required to teach “from a variety of political or ideological frameworks” means what. And how might the so-called “variety” be defined. So, let’s say Professor X must address infrastructure design from the conservative, liberal, independent, libertarian, socialist, capitalist and communist standpoints. And if Professor X neglects to address a platform could a lawsuit then be brought against the professor or the university by an aggrieved student or other party? Or, to which disciplines or subject areas must scholarly diatribes reflect diverse frameworks.

    1. No…. We need a person that gets disciplined and is told they have to teach X, or can no longer teach Y. There is no harm claiming you might be disciplined.
