  1. Agreed. One example of enforcement. The new traffic patterns on Meridian St and College Avenue, where the Redline travels. Enforcement is desperately needed.

  2. 1.I think the most immediate thing is watching Dhar Mann videos from Facebook. The reason being is he has practical short videos about what to do instead of being critical, selfish or angry.
    2. Encourage people to deal with the inner issues inside and teach them to think of others rather than themselves. In so doing, people won’t get angry as easily. Therefore the homicide rate will go down.
    3. What would I do if I were in their situation?

    You may think this too simplistic….BUT WHAT WE ARE DOING ISNT WORKING.
