South Bend is dying while neighboring Mishawaka is thriving. Maybe someone from Mishawaka would have been a better choice than South Bend?
Have you been to South Bend in the past 5 years?? So much positive change and growth.
Don’t be so publicly silly. It’s not a good look.
This guy has an impressive resume and community involved experience, but….deputy mayor? I guess he comes without the tainted scandals and shortcomings of the local party and administration.
Wow, it would be nice if the person who is in charge of neighborhoods was actually from a neighborhood in Indianapolis, or at least had some clue about the neighborhoods in Indianapolis.
South Bend has been doing some really cool stuff when it comes to local neighborhood investment, housing, and the creation of neighborhood commercial villages. I rarely find myself in agreeance with Hogsett, but I think this is a good pick.
