Quote: Owen County Judge Kelsey Hanlon…
So the ACLU and Planned Parenthood had to shop down to Owen County to find a liberal judge who would endorse their evil intentions, eh?
One wonders what Ms. Hanlon’s experience may have been with abortions…such sad human beings, the whole lot of them.
“Hanlon, a Republican who was first elected in 2014 as a judge in the rural southern Indiana county, wrote in her injunction order that Indiana’s constitution “is more explicit in its affirmation of individual rights and its limitation of legislative power to intrude into personal affairs” than the U.S. Constitution.“
Here’s another question, Bob.
If a fetus becomes a person at the moment of conception, why did the Supreme Court, the same one that struck down Roe v. Wade, just this week decline to hear a case that argued that a fetus is a person worthy of protection at the moment of conception?
I mean, we can’t have it both ways. Either a fetus is a person with rights, or it’s not a person and it doesn’t have rights.
It’s almost like it’s not about the baby, it’s about telling the woman what she can or can’t do.
So next time you get all faux offended, just keep the hypocrisy of this case in mind.
Just like the marketing slogan and name “Planned Parenthood”. Where there is VERY LITTLE planning. Just greedy doctors killing an innocent fetus and women having medical emergencies and complications.
Planned Parenthood is the one behind stopping the ban on killing innocent babies and endangering the lives of women. It’s not about women’s rights. It’s all about the money. It’s just phrased so they can keep on making money that kill the innocent fetus inside the mother’s womb. It’s not about any of the reasons they are saying. That’s a smoke screen to get to people’s emotions. Do you ever hear that many women have to go to an emergency room afterwards due to complications. Because part of the torn fetus is left inside the mother’s body? Do they tell you about the emotional aspect of the women realizing they just killed a human being because they didn’t want the responsibility that came from sex? Do they tell you that incest or rape is a very small percentage of why women have an abortion?
