  1. Here’s hoping for better. The property has always been a blah and utilitarian design, too bad considering it’s footprint in the heart of the city.

  2. Definitely an improvement, it would be nice to incorporate the Circle Building, suites, meeting rooms and Ballroom, maybe the entrance to the hotel would be on the Circle more grand than Ohio Street entrance. This could add more activity to the Circle.

  3. Congrats to Ersal and Keystone on this plan and acquisition! They now have at least four buildings adjacent to connect to one another. The rendering looks ok, possibly excepting the parking structure facade? In any case this new multi block connection is smart and synergistic. I still recommend demolition of the old Anthem building and creating a design fitting for the circle and creating street level activity with shops, restaurants, retail, etc. And please don’t let this current incompetent administration continue their pitiful circle spark within the right of way of the iconic Circle!
