  1. Seems like a dated concept. Then again, Broad Ripple is rapidly changing and maybe this concept is a logical manifestation of the commercial establishment’s envisioned desire to intensify and monetize the area.

  2. Now your changing be the game for the better!! Future!!!! You will thrive!!! People want many many different options! All over the city!!!! People Need different things to do for years!!! Build build build!!! It’s 2022!!!!!! Get ahead of the crown also!!! Stop just following!!! Aim high as God allows!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  3. I agree with you Micah D. Indy could benefit immensely from more live and adult entertainment. It could definitely spur growth and a vibrant density in other pockets of the city . Fountain square, Broad Ripple,Mass Ave and The Keystone crossing area are all nice pockets that should be filled with more and more night life to entertain visitors for sporting events and conventions. I’m surprised that haven’t build more entertainment around the speedway race track for fans

    1. Kevin and Micah should get together, develop a business plan, get a loan and show Indy how it’s done. Seriously, do it! In the mean time, please remember this isn’t SimCity.
