Indiana has reported 142 COVID-19 deaths in the past week, an average of 20.3 per day, up from 117, or 16.7 per day, in the previous week.
COVID-19 cases in Indiana have hit record numbers for three straight days. The seven-day moving average for cases rose to 1,799.

The Indiana State Department of Health has reported 115 deaths in its daily reports over the past week, an average of 16.4 deaths per day. That’s up from 83 the previous week, an average of 11.9 per day.
The Indiana State Department of Health on Friday also reported 19 additional deaths from COVID-19, the 14th time in the past 17 days in which daily deaths have been in double digits.
