In the wake of $500,000 in off-season upgrades, the historic and hallowed Indianapolis Speedrome took a big first step last weekend toward its goal of doubling attendance this season.
Kevin Garrigus bought the Speedrome in November with the goal of revitalizing the historic east-side short track. He’s already put $500,000 into upgrades—with more on the way.
