Sitehawk, whose roots date back to 1982 as The Linder Co., has been a leading retail brokerage in Indiana for several years. CBRE had been pursuing Sitehawk on and off for years, real estate sources said.
Retail brokers say the location, at Illinois and Maryland streets in the heart of downtown’s dining district, is sure to generate plenty of interest.
The south side is beginning to receive at least some attention from grocery players, including specialty ones that are much more prevalent to the north.
