The 3,800-square-foot restaurant will maintain much of the menu of the original but add Neapolitan pizza, flatbreads and other elements suitable for lunch patrons.
The restaurateur behind St. Elmo Steak House is pivoting on plans for a Burger Study on 116th Street and instead intends to develop a more upscale, American-grill concept that would be unique to Fishers.
The $110 million Yard at Fishers District will feature about 15 restaurants, including two St. Elmo-owned concepts; a Sun King tasting room; a dual-branded hotel; and hundreds of apartments.
The luxury units would accompany 120,000 square feet of retail and two hotels slated to be built on 17 acres in The Yard along 116th Street east of Interstate 69.
Sun King Brewing Co. has downsized a previous plan to build a major brewery and tasting room in Fishers. It instead plans to open a smaller facility at The Yard at Fishers District that includes culinary incubator space for the overall development.
A Miami-based operator plans to break ground this year on a vegan-friendly eatery and juice purveyor that might seed several other locations in the Indy area.
