Office Space, anyone?

VacancyThere’s plenty available. New numbers from Colliers Turley Martin Tucker show office vacancy rates all over the city rose in the first quarter of 2007. Downtown’s vacancy rate took a beating again, rising .7 percent to 16.4 percent, while suburban vacancy rose .4 percent to 17.5 percent. With roughly 1.75 million vacant square feet of space downtown, is the Market-Ability Partners team crazy to include 105,000 square feet of office in their plans for the Market Square Arena site?
