A 2-year-old Indianapolis boy drowned Wednesday night after falling into a pool at his grandparents’ home in Mooresville. Morgan County authorities were called to the scene in the 11600 block of North Mann Road at about 10:15 p.m. Damon Nicely was pronounced dead a short time later. Relatives said the boy left the house and nobody noticed until it was too late.
