It's the first time a ticket bought in Indiana has hit the jackpot since the Hoosier Lottery started selling the game in January 2010. The winning ticket was sold at a grocery store in Munster. Another winning ticket was sold in Michigan, so the winners will split the jackpot.
Traffic was diverted along northbound Interstate 65 in Boone County near the State Road 267 exit Wednesday morning following a crash involving a jack-knifed semi. A diesel spill was reported following the crash. Strong winds caused blowing and drifting snow, which led to low visibility. Northbound I-65 and the two left lanes of southbound I-65 were closed immediately following the crash.

The ice-covered Indianapolis International Airport is open Wednesday on a limited schedule, but about 90 percent of flights were cancelled in the early morning hours, an airport spokeswoman said. More flights were able to take off later in the morning. One of three runways was open Wednesday morning, and the airport hopes to open another by the end of the day.
