Indianapolis-based Christel House is brokering sales of in-room coffee to resorts around the country, taking a 10-percent
royalty to do so. The coffee is roasted by Indianapolis-based Copper Moon Coffee Co. and packaged in red and green bags decorated
with drawings by students at Christel House’s schools.
The bar and restaurant will take about 3,600 square feet in the building, which has OneAmerica and ExactTarget as its anchor
office tenants.
One of Shelby County’s largest employers is suing NatCity Investments Inc. to try to recover nearly $8 million in losses on
auction-rate securities. Knauf Insulation filed suit in Shelby Superior Court in March, saying NatCity should repay the money
in accordance with a settlement the bank reached with federal regulators in March 2009.

With the deadline to pull out of the NBA draft just a couple of days away, it seems Butler University's Gordon Hayward
has made up his mind. Multiple sources confirm Hayward will skip his final two years of eligibility with the Bulldogs and
go pro. Numerous mock drafts have the Brownsburg native being taken somewhere in the middle of the first round. Hayward has
scheduled a news conference for Friday to officially announce his decision.
Investigators are gathering clues after another fire at the Nottingham Village Apartments on the east side of Indianapolis.
Flames shot out of a vacant building in the complex just after 4 a.m. Thursday. The complex has experienced several fires
recently, including one that heavily damaged a building last week. Investigators have not ruled out arson. None of the fires
have resulted in injuries. Fox59 will have more at 4 p.m.
