Police are searching for clues after a man was shot to death yesterday on the near-north side of Indianapolis. Officers were called to the 3100 block of Broadway Street by neighbors who said they heard shots fired. The unidentified victim was pronounced dead just minutes after officers arrived.

Police say Deborah Mathis, 32, left her daughter on the corner of 30th Street and Lafayette Road late Sunday night.
