-Reverie Estates bought the St. Regis, a 72-unit apartment building at 26 E. 14th St. The price was not disclosed. The buyer

by Scott Pollom of Cassidy Turley.

-JJ Properties LLC bought a 2,000-square-foot office building at 745 E. 107th St. The price was not disclosed. The buyer
was represented by Jeff Wright of Indy Properties. The seller, Mr. Window Inc., was represented by Bob
Lindgren of Grubb & Ellis Harding Dahm & Co.
 

Vincent Jackson of Bloomington, who was shot in the head about 10 p.m. Tuesday, has died in a Bloomington hospital. Police
have taken Clansic Cox, 53, into custody on a possible charge of voluntary manslaughter. Cox is the mother of Jackson’s
girlfriend, Ashley Cox, who was arguing with Jackson prior to the shooting. The incident occurred in the Crestmont Apartments
in the 900 block of North Lindbergh Drive in Bloomington, according to police. Fox59 will have more at 4 p.m.  
 

A 12-year-old boy was rushed to St. Vincent Hospital in critical condition after being pulled out of a pool Monday night at
the Pickwick Farms Apartments on the north side of Indianapolis. Police said the boy jumped in the water when no lifeguard
was on duty and he was unable to swim. Witnesses began CPR immediately after the boy was pulled from the pool until medics
arrived.

A teenager accused of shooting nine people downtown Saturday at the height of Indiana Black Expo’s Summer Celebration
is behind bars. A tip brought police to Westpark Apartments in the 7800 block of West 10th Street where Shamus Patton, 17,
was hiding. They took him into custody without incident. Police and community sources indicate that Patton belongs to one
of Indianapolis' most active street gangs, the Rachet Boys, which split off three years ago from a group now identifying
itself as the Grimey Boys. A number of the people wounded Saturday night were wearing Grimey Boys t-shirts.
