-Eversman Enterprise I LLC  leased a 25,000-square-foot, free-standing entertainment facility at 175 Southern Plaza Drive. The tenant was represented by Brett Burch of Valenti Real Estate Services Inc. The landlord, Byrum-Marr Partnership, represented itself.   

-High Point Global LLC. leased 6,213 square feet of office space at 300 N. Meridian St. The tenant was represented by Jim Teskey of CRESA Partners. The landlord, University Park Associates, was represented by Mike Napariu of REI Real Estate Services.

-Image Dental PC leased 3,656 square feet at 11711 N. Pennsylvania St., Carmel. The tenant was represented by Matt Jackson of Jackson IG. The landlord, North Pennsylvania Associates LP, was represented by Mike Napariu of REI Real Estate Services.

-Fidelis Asset Management leased 3,351 square feet of office space at 8200 Haverstick Road. The tenant was represented by Mike Napariu of REI Real Estate Services. The landlord, Citimark Management Co. Inc., was represented by Brian Fitzgerald of Citimark.

Former money manager Keenan Hauke was sentenced in July 2012 to 10 years in federal prison after pleading guilty to running a Ponzi scheme that defrauded 67 investors of $7.1 million. Even more victims have emerged since the sentencing.

-Sircon Corp. leased 12,135 square feet at 7835 Woodland Drive. The tenant was represented by Matt Waggoner of Summit Realty Group. The landlord, Duke Realty, was represented by Duke's Adam Seger.

-Drees Homes leased 8,329 square feet at 900 E 96th St. The tenant was represented by Matt Waggoner of Summit Realty Group. The landlord, Duke Realty, was represented by Duke's Traci Kapsalis.

-Due Doyle Fanning Ewing & Metzger LLP leased 6,526 square feet at Circle Tower, 55 Monument Circle. The tenant was represented by George Dury of Dury Investment Group. The landlord, Ambrose Property Group LLC, was represented by Matt Langfeldt and Rich Forslund of Summit Realty Group.

Well remains closed over bacteria

A popular artesian well has been closed in Carmel after tests showed the presence of E. coli and coliform, a bacteria that can indicate the presence of disease-causing organisms or pathogens. The well in Flowing Well Park, on 116th Street near Gray Road, was closed Monday. New tests taken Tuesday continued to find potentially harmful bacteria. Water experts are working to find the source of the contamination.

Too few jobs in Indiana for science, tech graduates

Carmel warns parents about man

The Carmel Clay School District is warning parents and students about a man who approaches teenage girls and tries to give them his phone number and other social media information. The school and local police have received reports of several incidents from female students. None of the incidents happened on school property. The Hamilton County Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force is investigating whether the man has committed any crimes.
